"While thinking which input we could have on this world, which new thing we could eventually create, we completely oversee the things that are there already.

When putting video recordings from the windows looking into different landscapes on top of music i recorded during a small concert I gave last week, it appeared to me again how quickly picture and sound engage in a conversation once you let them free.

While nothing was originally referring to each other, the landscape's layers naturally seem to become different sound waves of the music. Every colour, texture, plant and hill that flies through the squared screen automatically becomes a metaphor for the sounds we hear and vice versa. It is a closed-circuit in itself. One can never know what will enter the window next as well as one can never remember what just has left on the other side. Solely a still stand can shortly exemplify a tiny excerpt of what we have experienced - distorted and blurry like a memory.

Instead of finding meaning ourselves, it is enough to simply watch everything begin to make sense in itself. It makes no difference whether you do something or not. Life flies by, all you have to do is to look out the window and watch."
